(Designer Puppys Owner) am selling a health puppy: it will be
deemed healthy by myself if being picked up from my home or my Licensed Vet
within 10 days before it leaves me
via flight. Flights are an additional $300.00 (USA) and must be paid to me in advance of the flight.
Puppies must be paid in full at 6 weeks of age.

Full Registration/Breeding
rights: full registration allows for you to breed your dog, show your dog
or anything you chose.
Limited Registration/Pet Only:
limited registration means that your new puppy is a pet only. You will
have no breeding rights of any kind. You will have up to 6 months of the
puppy's age to have him or her Spayed or Neutered. Designer Puppy's will
hold the registration papers and pedigree of your puppy until you send me proof
that your puppy has been fixed. If your puppy is not fixed by 6 months old
this contract will be VOID. Once I have proof from your vet (it must be
descriptive of your puppy), I will send you all above paperwork.

your puppy is picked-up or
2 weeks before expected flight.
You (the purchaser) have
the right to take your puppy to the vet at your expense to have it checked out
for any health problems from the breeder only (not for any injury that may occur
while the puppy is with you). This must be done within 3 days of the
pick-up date. If the said puppy falls ill before the 3 days I will pay for
reasonable vet bills incurred. I (the breeder) will decide what is
reasonable. If the puppy is not seen fit by your Licensed Vet you must
return the puppy immediately at your expense (within 48 hours). At that
time I will give you a full refund for the price of the puppy alone (not the
flight fees). If the puppy has a unforeseen hereditary defect or
congenital defect within three years of age I will replace your puppy
with a puppy of the same quality for the price of the puppy alone and you have
to return your puppy to me at your expense,
with a
Licensed Vet's explanation to prove the defect and the puppy's reg. papers. If you put the puppy down without my
approval this contract is VOID. If your puppy is being flown to you I will not guarantee any health problems that may occur due to the puppy not making any connecting flights. I will not make any
guarantees for any kind or worm, coccidiosis, or Guardia. These parasites are all to common in puppy's and can be contracted from soil
and many other places. I also don't guarantee for retained testicles, umbilical hernias, and bad bites as the dog matures.
I will make sure your puppy has no flaws before leaving me, if your puppy has a
flaw I will let you know as soon as possible. If you still want the puppy
the said flaw will be noted on this contract. 99% of my puppies have no
flaws. If I do not receive this contract back via US mail or via email
this entire contract will be VOID.
