I Crystal Costopoulos am selling a health registered puppy, it will be deamed healthy by myself or a Licenced Vet at 8 weeks old as it leaves my place via client pick-up or flight.  Flights are an additional $250.00 and must be paid to me in advance of the flight.

The balance of $________ is due when puppy is picked-up or before expected flight.

Purchaser has the right to take the puppy to the vet at their expense to have it checked out for any health problems from the breeder only (not for any injury that may occur while the puppy is with purchaser).  This must be done within 3 days of the pick-up date.  If the said puppy falls ill before the 3 days I will pay for reasonable vet bills incured.  I (the breeder) will decide what is reasonable.  If the puppy is not seen fit by your Licenced Vet you must return the puppy immediately at your expense (within 48 hours).  At that time I will give you a full refund for the price of the puppy alone.  If the puppy has a unforseen birth defect within two years of age I give one of two choices to you: 1.  I will give you a full refund for the price of the puppy alone and you return the puppy to me at your expense, a Licenced Vet's explanation to prove the defect and the puppy's reg. papers.  2.  If you would like to keep your puppy anyway I will only refund half of the paid purchase price of the puppy alone and I must get a letter from your Licenced Vet proving the defect and the puppy's reg. papers from you.  If you put the puppy down without my approvel this contract is VOID.  If your puppy is being flown to you I will not guarentee any health problems that may occur due to the puppy not making any connecting flights.   I will not make any guarentees for any kind or worm, coccidiosis, or giardia.  These parisites are all to common in puppy's and can be contracted from soil or boarding facilitys.  I also don't guarentee for retained testicles, umbilical hernias, and bad bites as the dog matures.  

*****What to expect when you get your puppy*****

First and foremost your new puppy will be very Healthy and well socialized.  Tails and dewclaws removed at 3 days of birth, 1st bath and hair cut, several sets of shots and wormer, shot and worming record, Registration application (papers), Pedigree, a sample of food that the puppy has been eating, toy, collar, and blanket.   If your puppy fly's you can expect an additional travel crate and Licenced Vet's Health Examination Certificate.

Be sure to take your new puppy right home, don't drag it around with you everywhere you go.  This is the biggest mistake that new owners make.  They can't wait to show them off but, this is the worst thing you can do with a new puppy.  This is a high stress time for them and they need a chance to adjust to their new life.  Puppy's are way more likely to get sick if you drag them around.  I know you will be proud to let everyone see your new pup but, PLEASE wait 7 to 10 days before doing so.  It is in their best interest.  I'm sure it won't take but a day or two for your puppy to start warming right up to you and running all over your house.  If for any reason he/she doesn't call me right away.  If you have any questions at all please call me at anytime.  It is my goal for you to be happy with your puppy and foremost that your puppy stays healthy and happy with you.
